Process

Workingtogether

A calm, well-run process from first call to launch day and beyond. You work directly with Amanda the whole way through.

Step by step

From first call to launch

  1. 01

    Conversation

It starts with a short call about your business, your customers, and what you need your website to do. No pressure and no jargon.

  2. 02

    Proposal

You receive a clear written proposal covering scope, timeline, and price. Nothing starts until it feels right to you.

  3. 03

    Plan & content

Together you map the pages, gather photos and copy, and set priorities. Need help with the words? Copy guidance is part of every project.

  4. 04

    Design

Your homepage design comes first, refined with your feedback, then carried through every page so the whole site feels like you.

  5. 05

    Build & launch

The site is built mobile-first, tested on real devices, and set up with SEO foundations. Then your domain, forms, and analytics are connected and you go live.

  6. 06

    Care

After launch, a care plan keeps everything updated, backed up, and improving, with a real person to call when you need a change.

Timeline

Most small-business websites go from first call to launch in four to eight weeks.

The biggest factor is usually content: photos, copy, and feedback. The process is built to keep those moving, so your launch date doesn't drift.
